Welcome to online personal training!
 
You don’t need a gym membership and you won’t have to travel.                                                 
I’ll work virtually one on one with you, in the comfort and safety of your own home. 
 
I’ll take you through each workout that I write specifically for you based on your goals, fitness level, and health history. 
With lots of guidance and great attention to safe movement, I’ll help and encourage you through each of your exercise sessions.
 
If you already have exercise equipment, we can incorporate that into your training.
No problem if you don’t have equipment, we’ll use workouts utilizing body weight and functional training using minimal equipment (see list below).
 
And finally, we will spend time on individualized nutrition coaching based on your goals.

Training Online Equipment

  • Set of 5lb and 8lb dumbbells 
  • Exercise mat
  • Stability ball
  • Bench or chair
  • Computer with FaceTime or Zoom capabilities 

Depending on your exercise goals, there may be a few other helpful items to use in our sessions together. For example a heart rate monitor, exercise bands, and 10lb dumbbells.

Online training pricing is $70 per hour, $40 per half hour*

Sessions are prescheduled each month, meeting 2-3 times per week.

*All personal training is prepaid and non-refundable
for urgent cancellations, appointments can be rescheduled
